How long will my order take to arrive? +
UK orders usually arrive within 2-4 working days via Royal Mail. International shipping takes 5-14 working days depending on where in the world you're adding shimmer. We'll send you tracking info so you can watch the magic travel to your door.
Will your foils work with my printer? +
Our toner reactive foils work with any laser printer or photocopier that uses toner (not inkjet!). If your printer uses toner cartridges, you're good to go. Not sure? Drop us a message with your printer model and we'll check for you.
Can I return or exchange my order? +
If something's not right, we want to fix it. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days for a full refund. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, get in touch straight away with a photo and we'll sort it. No faff, no drama.
Do you offer wholesale pricing? +
Yes. If you need 15+ packs or you're a business wanting to stock our foils, we'd love to chat. Email us at info@uglybettyconfetti.com with "Wholesale" in the subject and we'll send you our trade pricing and MOQ details.

Don't panic. Most foil issues come down to heat, pressure, or toner coverage. Betty's School launches this summer with full tutorials and troubleshooting guides. In the meantime, message us directly. We've seen (and solved) it all.
